The Cathedral Choir
The Cathedral Choir consists of 40 professional and volunteer singers, and is responsible for singing at the 11:00 am Mass on Sundays, as well as for major feast days and diocesan liturgies, such as Ordinations, the Chrism Mass, Diocesan Confirmation, and RCIA Commitment Sunday.

In addition, the choir sings for special services and concerts such as the annual Service of Lessons and Carols, and has sung for the diocesan pilgrimage to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
Rehearsals take place on Thursday evenings from 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.
In 2001 the Cathedral Choir was honored to sing as the guest choir at St. Peter's Basilica in a Papal High Mass celebrated by Pope John Paul the Great, at the Papal audience, at the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi, at the Basilica of St. Mary Major in Rome, and performed a concert for the City of Rome at the Church of St. Ignatius (pictured at right).
